Refund Policy

General rule

Due to the digital nature of downloadable products, payments are generally non-refundable after a successful download has been delivered.

Refunds may be considered when

• A duplicate payment was made by mistake.
• The purchased file is missing, inaccessible, or corrupted and we cannot provide a working replacement.
• The wrong file was delivered because of an error from ThemeSite.

Refunds are not usually given for

• Changing your mind after purchase.
• Expecting an official vendor license key or vendor support where not promised.
• Compatibility issues with your hosting, theme, plugin stack, or custom code.
• Failure to read the product description, GPL note, or support limitations.

Before requesting a refund

Please contact us with your order number, product name, issue description, screenshots if helpful, and the steps already taken. We may first try to provide a replacement file or support guidance.
